What You’ll Do
As a Personal Lines Account Manager
, you’ll play an essential role in providing best-in-class service to our clients while supporting the ongoing growth of our brokerage. Your responsibilities will include:
Building and maintaining positive, long-term relationships with clients
Delivering exceptional customer service with professionalism and care
Collaborating daily with underwriters and maintaining strong partnerships
Reviewing property appraisal reports and identifying recommendations
Managing e-docs and renewal lists efficiently
Handling policy renewals, remarketing accounts as needed, and processing endorsements
Managing outstanding payments and updating client banking information
Quoting and processing policy changes through CQ and company portals
Supporting Account Executives with renewals, new business, and policy changes
Using sound judgment and problem-solving skills when assessing risk or resolving issues
What You Bring
RIBO License in good standing (required)
1–2 years of experience in Personal Lines insurance (Account Manager, CSR, or TSR role)
Strong understanding of insurance products, policies, and industry practices
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and EPIC, ARS
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Exceptional organization, time management, and problem-solving abilities
