Clintar is hiring a for the winter season. Join our ice and snow team focused on efficient clearing and de-icing. All roles are on‑call, often overnight, and contingent on winter conditions. Candidates must be available on short notice, round the clock.

• Operate snow removal equipment, such as snow blowers, shovels, or salt spreaders, depending on the job and equipment availability.
• Manually remove snow and ice from designated areas using hand tools.
• Apply salt, sand, or other de‑icing agents to surfaces to improve traction and melt ice.
• Be prepared to respond to emergency calls for snow removal, especially during heavy snowfalls or severe weather conditions.

• Clean and valid driver’s license
• On‑call availability, especially during evenings, weekends, and holidays from November – April
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds
• Prior snow experience is an asset
