Quality Assurance Compliance Specialist

Give & Go Prepared Foods Corp. is looking for a Quality Assurance Compliance Specialist to ensure site quality programs comply with all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. The role serves as the SQF Practitioner for the site.

• Owner of all Compliance Programs:
  • HACCP
  • SQF
  • CAPA
  • Food Defense
  • Calibration
  • Traceability
  Plan, implement, execute, and maintain these programs with a continuous improvement mindset to enhance the site quality systems; implement corporate policies at the site level; serve as SQF Practitioner.
• Ensure sites are prepared for all internal, MDLZ, GFSI, regulatory, and customer audits. Serve as Site Lead for all quality audits and regulatory visits; serve as CAPA Lead for all non-conformities identified during quality audits and regulatory visits; assure compliance with FDA/CFIA food laws.
• Develop and deploy training on Food Safety & Quality Management aligned with corporate quality and GFSI requirements to maintain or exceed audit scores and maintain consistent compliance.
