• Shift: Continental (2 weeks days, 2 weeks nights)
• Shift Premium: $1 for Nights
• Wage: $27.30

Inspection and testing of all PVC pipe produced within the facility or transferred from off site.

• Perform Incoming Materials Inspection
• Support Manufacturing Processes
• Perform First Article Inspection and Record Results
• Perform In-Process Inspection and Record Results
• Perform Final Inspection and Record Results
• Create and Maintain Inspection Sheets
• Maintain Product Traceability Sheets
• Perform Re-Inspection on any Reworked and Repaired Items.
• Complete all Testing at Required Frequencies.
• Perform Calibration and Maintain Records of all Measuring and Testing Equipment.
• Control Non-Conforming Material for Receiving, In-Process, and Final Inspection.
• Support the Team in Disposition of Non-Conforming Material.
• Release 'on hold' products for shipments/recycling
• Coordinate QC Procedures
• Control Production Drawings
• Create Monthly QC Summary Reports.
• All other duties as assigned
• Previous experience in QC an asset
• Experience with MS Office, Excel,
• Ability to read, write, understand and communicate effectively in English.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical functions (addition, subtraction, multiplication and division).
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds (23 kilograms).
