Sales Associate - Vaughan Mills (on‑site)

The sales associate reports to the Store Manager and ensures a consistently high customer experience in line with Psycho Bunny’s core values and service standards.

• You will assist with the store’s visual directives and maintain housekeeping standards.
• You will use computer systems to ring transactions and perform other functions such as merchandise transfers and order fulfillment.
• You will protect store assets and inventory by following loss prevention procedures and reporting violations.
• You will employ an authentic clienteling approach, building long‑term relationships with customers and driving sales.
• You will build a highly satisfied and loyal customer base through engagement, conversion, and capturing customers’ phone numbers and e‑mail addresses.
• You will assist with all other duties as required by store management.

• Minimum of 1 year of retail sales experience.
