Lead direct support services in Thornhill with Reena, using staff supervision and developmental disability expertise. This is a full-time position.
The Direct Support Supervisor works within Operations and a supervisory team. You will help maintain effective day and residential systems while supporting health, safety, and well-being. Reena’s work reflects Jewish values, community integration, adult living, and inclusive communities.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise staff within assigned Community Service Group
- Implement agency policies and procedures
- Develop supports from Independent and Behaviour Support Plans
- Monitor performance through meetings, supervision, and appraisals
- Complete payroll, incident reports, records, and Ministry documents
- Post-secondary education in a related field
- Minimum two years supporting people with developmental disabilities
- Experience supervising residential homes
- Leadership ability managing groups of staff
- Excellent English communication and organizational skills
