As a Senior Data Engineer
, you are responsible for designing, building and optimizing the pipelines that bring all these systems together into one scalable, reliable and future-proof data infrastructure. You ensure that data from all labels and departments — from operations to sales and from digital to finance — becomes available quickly, securely and consistently for AI, analytics, BI and automation.

You act as a driving force behind innovation and play a key role in further professionalizing our data stack, streaming foundation and automation standards.

In this role, you develop and maintain mission-critical data pipelines that integrate data from dozens of systems and multiple business units. You work with data from order processing, CRM, ERP, purchasing, sales, ticketing, aftersales and digital platforms, ensuring that this information is delivered securely, quickly and consistently into a scalable and future-proof infrastructure.

You build an environment where data is available in real-time or near-real-time to support AI models, dashboards, CRM automation, forecasting and various business processes. As part of this, you continuously optimize our AWS-first architecture — including Kinesis, Lambda, Glue, ECS, S3 and Redshift — and elevate our ETL/ELT processes using robust and scalable standards.

You ensure high data reliability through monitoring, logging, automated validation and retry mechanisms. You act as a sparring partner for AI Engineers, Analytics Engineers and Data Scientists when developing new data products and machine-learning features. Finally, you take a leading role in shaping the technical roadmap, driving architectural improvements and advancing automation using Terraform and CI/CD.

• 5+ years of experience as a Data Engineer or similar role;
• Strong proficiency in Python (must);
• Experience with Terraform for Infrastructure-as-Code (must);
• Deep expertise in AWS-first architectures (Kinesis, Lambda, Glue, S3, Redshift, Step Functions, etc.);
• Experience building pipelines for complex operational systems such as CRM, ERP, order and ticketing systems;
• Strong knowledge of orchestration tooling (Airflow, Dagster), CI/CD and data processing frameworks;
• Understanding of data modeling, event-driven architecture, batch & streaming patterns;
• Experience with monitoring, logging, observability and data reliability engineering.
