BI Specialist

Due to the expansion of the IT & Tech team and the increasing focus on business intelligence and data-driven work, we are looking for a BI specialist. As a BI Specialist, you play a crucial role in transforming business data into valuable insights. You work closely with various teams within the organization to analyze data, create reports, and develop dashboards. With your insights, you help colleagues and customers make better decisions, optimize processes, and achieve ambitious goals.

As a BI Specialist, you play a crucial role in transforming business data into valuable insights. You work closely with various teams within the organization to analyze data, create reports, and develop dashboards. With your insights, you help colleagues and customers make better decisions, optimize processes, and achieve ambitious goals.

• You collect, analyze, and interpret data from various sources;
• You develop and implement BI solutions with Power BI, such as reports, dashboards, and data visualizations;
• You delve into the business operations and challenges of our customers and colleagues. By asking critical questions and actively listening, you unravel the data-driven needs of the organization;
• You act as a knowledge sharer and mentor for (junior) BI specialists within the organization. You share your expertise, guide colleagues in their development, and encourage collaboration;
• You stay informed about the latest trends and developments in the field of BI.

• You excel in translating complex data into clear and understandable insights.
• You are a driven team player with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
• You have at least 5 years of experience as a BI Specialist or a similar role, with proven experience in Power BI.
• You have a completed HBO education in a relevant discipline, such as Data Science, Business Intelligence, or Informatics.
• An agile mindset (experience in agile projects).
• Strong communication skills in English, both orally and in writing.
• You understand the needs and thoughts of the customer.
