Junior Interior Designer Retail (f/m/x) - Venice
Join  Schweitzer  as a Junior Interior Designer at our Mestre (Venice) office.

This role offers you the chance to grow from a junior level to a professional, building innovative retail experiences for national and international clients.

Responsibilities

Support the development of concepts and creation of retail projects (food and non‑food).

Plan layouts in AutoCAD.

Design the visual concept (interior, furniture, flooring, ceiling, etc.) in Sketch Up 3D.

Produce draft and design plans based on mood boards, sketches, scribbles and drawings.

Assist in preparing presentations.

Requirements

Degree in retail design, architecture, or interior design.

Very good knowledge of AutoCAD and Sketch Up 3D (V‑Ray a plus).

First experiences in interior design, retail experience preferred.

High standards of creativity and innovation.

Fluency in English and Italian (C1 level); very good French, additional German a plus.

Independent, proactive working methods; well‑organized and flexible.

Teamplayer and open‑minded.

Willingness to travel.
