IT SERVICE MANAGER

We are hiring for our office in Padova, a talented IT Senior Service Manager.
The ideal candidate has at least 5 years working experience in the role.
Hybrid work is allowed, always when possible.

MANDATORY QUALIFICATIONS/

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Manage and coordinate the delivery of Managed Services for assigned clients;

• Guarantee the quality of the services provided by monitoring SLAs and KPIs;

• Coordinate service, troubleshooting and support;

• Prepare Service Reports and carry out Service Reviews;

• Develop Problem Management and Service Improvement plans;

• Support Service Design;

• Serve as a focal point for the needs and issues of assigned customers and internal Operations Teams;

• Implement projects to improve IT processes, systems and operations;

• Manage customer expectations and relationships;

• Implement the latest and most useful ITSM best practices and technologies;

• Service Risk Management & Fire-drill Tests implementation;

• Provide support for the revision of the annual budget for the clients;

• P&L management/check;

• ITIL Foundation certification;

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS/

SKILLS:

• University Degree, or Master, in Engineering (or science/technology);

• Written and spoken fluent English and Italian is required;

• Knowledge of IT Service Management framework and best practices;

Problem solving, team working, planning and risk management skills;

• Excellent relational skills to interface with internal teams and with the customer;

• MS Office and related software deep knowledge;

• Customers’ Business strategic view;
