POSITION SUMMARY

To palletize Frozen product finished goods being produced by Production. Reports case count to production. Vernon facility

• Palletizes product produced in Vernon Facility.
• Reports any food safety or quality problems to personnel with the authority to initiate action.
• Follows J&J Snack Food’s all OSHA safety rules, Food Safety Plan (FSP), the Safe Quality Food (SQF) Program, the Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and the Good Documentation Practices (GDPs).
• Follows all food safety laws and regulations.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Palletizer will be responsible for maintaining food quality and safety within the plant.
• Food quality and safety issues must be reported to Quality Assurance Manager and or Plant Manager.
• In the absence of the Quality Assurance Manager or Plant Manager, food quality and safety issues will be brought to the attention of the General Manager.

• Excellent organization and time management skills.
• Must be a self-starter and be able to accomplish a versatile and evolving workload.
• Excellent in all forms of communication.
• Innovative, problem solver, flexible, and able to juggle multiple priorities.
• Self-motivated, with the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and adapt well to change.
• Basic arithmetic.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

High school diploma or GED.
