Versya S.p.a., a leader company in the IT sector specializing in the digitization of business and professional firms’ operational processes, is a 120‑employee company operating throughout the country, with offices in Carpi (MO), Cuneo, Genoa, Savigliano (CN), Turin, Verona, Pomarico (MT).
Responsibilities
The resource, placed within a team of professionals, will be responsible for:

Analysis of customer needs and collection of technical requirements
Proposed application solutions
Management and monitoring of project phases
Coordination and management of resources involved in the project
Continuous comparison with other departments (sales, help desk and development …)
Development of functional and project documentation
Training and project release at client site

Requirements
The ideal candidate has previous experience as a functional analyst, is familiar with ERP information technology solutions and is accustomed to working one‑on‑one with customers.
He or she is able to perform process analysis at the customer’s premises with respect to the production and warehouse areas and support them in their implementation and revision through the proposed ERP solution.
Candidates from the production or warehouse management sector with an aptitude for customer management eager to pursue a consulting career will also be valued.
The following skills will also be positively valued:

Knowledge of the production and warehouse process
Knowledge of the operating principles of a CRM
