As a Quality Inspector CMM Programmer, you will benefit from:

25 days holiday plus bank holidays
Permanent, full-time position with early finish on Fridays

Working hours:

Monday to Thursday 07:30–16:30, Friday 07:30–12:30
Working within a modern CNC machine shop with advanced equipment
Autonomy to work unsupervised and make decisions

As a Quality Inspector CMM Programmer, your responsibilities will include:

Inspecting machined parts to tight aerospace tolerances
Performing First Off and Stage inspections of detailed components
Completing batch inspections using manual techniques (micrometers, calipers, height gauges)
Programming and operating CMM equipment (preferably PC-Dmis)
Creating and completing First Article Inspection Reports to AS9102 standards
As a Quality Inspector CMM Programmer, your experience will include:

Proven background in a busy sub-contract machine shop environment
Strong knowledge of machining practices and geometric tolerances
Ability to interpret detailed engineering drawings
Manual inspection experience using precision measuring tools
Competence with Microsoft Office packages (Excel, Word)
Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently
