Onsite IT Support Specialist in Vevey

At Swisscom, you will provide on-site IT support for our client in Vevey. You will deliver support across Microsoft 365, Copilot, ChatGPT, mobile solutions, and videoconferencing, and you will train users on new features.

With a strong service orientation, you represent Swisscom at the client and ensure a high level of service quality. You join a versatile, engaged team that works closely together to satisfy customers.

• Provide on-site IT support for Microsoft 365, Copilot, ChatGPT, mobility, and videoconferencing.
• Train users on new application functionalities.
• Occasionally provide support outside standard hours, including after 5:30 pm.
• Occasional participation in on-call shifts.

• Professional degree (CFC) in IT or a comparable qualification, plus some experience.
• Excellent mastery of Microsoft 365 with good knowledge of AI tools.
• Strong customer orientation, active listening, and clear communication.
• Initiative, proactivity, and sense of responsibility.
• Team spirit, good integration ability, and flexibility.
• Mac knowledge (plus).
• Very good level of French and English.
