Registered Hearing Aid Practitioner / Hearing Instrument Practitioner / Hearing Instrument Specialist or Audiologist
Position Overview:
As a Hearing Care Professional with Hear CANADA, you are passionate about the hearing healthcare of our clients. You will provide standardized hearing evaluations, a high standard of client care, make product recommendations and educate on product usage and features, and follow‑up with clients to ensure their needs are met. This is a permanent, full‑time role and typical hours of work are Monday through Friday 8:30 am – 4:30 pm local time.
- $70,000 – $100,000 annual base earnings based on experience + an attractive bonus program

- Support existing and new clients in their hearing journey by providing an assortment of audiological assessments and hearing evaluations
- Stay abreast of new trends in hearing aid promotions, fittings, and technological advancements to make the most meaningful recommendations to clients
- Build relationships with clients to ensure appropriate care is provided and post‑care solutions are recommended
- Collaborate with our clinic team members to support both walk‑in clients and inbound phone calls
- A graduate of a recognized Hearing Instrument Practitioner or Audiology program
- Unrestricted ability to practice in the Audiology field and registration with your provincial governing body in good standing
- Working knowledge of hearing health care products and services with diagnostic/dispensing experience
- An excellent communicator who can establish a professional and individualized rapport with clients and team members
- Comfortability in making product and service recommendations to clients and providing patient‑centric education to clients to ensure product adoption
- Experience with WSA brands (Widex, Signia, and/or Rexton) would be a definite asset, though not required
