We are currently seeking a licensed Rental Property Manager who is passionate, goal‑oriented, reliable, responsive, and a team player. If you are looking for a career dedicated to helping others, this opportunity is ideal for you.

As part of our motivated group of managers and staff, you will work towards the common goal of providing quality service.

Responsibilities
  • Manage a diverse portfolio of properties.
  • Engage in problem‑solving and conflict resolution, and communicate resourcefully both verbally and in writing.
  • Review financials and approve invoices.
  • Follow a maintenance schedule for your portfolio and manage projects in a timely manner.
  • Maintain good relationships with clients, contractors, vendors, and your team.
  • Work effectively both in a team environment and independently as needed.
  • Demonstrate strong knowledge of Excel, Microsoft Office, and other computer systems.
  • Have a thorough understanding of the Residential Tenancy Branch.
Duties
  • Obtain quotes, schedule maintenance, and ensure the timely completion of work.
  • Respond to emails and phone calls promptly (within 72 hours or sooner).
  • Provide exceptional customer service.
  • Inspect properties, conduct move‑in/move‑out inspections, and manage property showings.
  • Maintain all records and schedules for the properties in your portfolio.
  • Complete contracts and rent increase letters.
Qualifications
  • Strong customer service skills and experience in rental property management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
  • Familiarity with administrative tasks.
  • Excellent customer relationship management abilities.
  • Experience in data entry and filing.
