- Develop annual budgets and monthly forecasts for the Global Sourcing organization
- Analyze overhead spending, purchase price variance (PPV), and cost reduction initiatives
- Provide reporting and insights on direct material spend and sourcing performance
- Track and communicate key operational and financial KPIs to leadership
- Support monthly business reviews and recurring operational reporting
- Identify process improvements that enhance forecasting accuracy and financial decision-making
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 5+ years of finance experience supporting a manufacturing organization
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and operational finance
- ERP experience (SAP preferred) with advanced Excel and financial analysis skills
$100K-$120K
