Location  - Rajahmundry, Andhra Pradesh, India
Qualification  - BE/B Tech - Instrumentation
Experience  - 2+ Years

Key Responsibilities

To up keep machines in good condition and avoid any breakdown to meet required production target.
Reduction in Breakdown
To implement Electrical safety techniques.
Cost Reduction
To maintain the proper temperature of wash m/c and pasteurizer. Maintain the schedule cleaning of pasteurizer top spray zone in running condition to reduce the pasteurizer breakages and also maintain the proper PU of the product.
Maximize the budgeted production and achieve the targeted line efficiency
Improve the product Quality and Consistency
To keep total bottling plant and its surroundings area clean.
To prevent accident in the plant and ongoing project area.
Maintain the ISO documents of the bottling plant.
Establish a preventive maintenance.
Ensure steady steam pressure in Bottling hall.
To maintain all the equipment to its optimal condition for better performance and product quality.
To identify all the unsafe areas and take corrective actions.
Conduct NH3 drill and fire drill twice in a year.
Conduct hygiene audit and record maintain.
Streamline the operation of CO2 plant , VAM & Refrigeration and establishment of local vendors to make spare parts of air compressor, ammonia compressor and CO2 compressor and also old valve repairing and fitting in the machines in lieu of new valve assembly of the said compressor thereby saving cost by indigenous methods.
Constant monitoring of CO2 consumption. Proper Training to concerned operator. Maintain critical spares of these plants
Meet statutory compliances
Coordinate with Factory Inspector as and when required in liaison with personnel department.
