Sweetwater Care is seeking a Clinical Resource to oversee clinical operations at our skilled nursing facilities, partnering with facility leadership to ensure quality care and regulatory compliance.
You will train and coach Directors of Nursing and Nursing Managers, assist with surveys and corrective action plans, and coordinate with outside consultants.
This role requires extensive travel (75%), strong clinical leadership, and a current RN license with CPR. BSN/MSN preferred.
