Role: Merchandiser (field-based) representing a beverage brand in retail accounts.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure shelves, coolers, and displays are fully stocked, correctly priced, and aligned with brand standards.
- Build, refresh, and maintain point-of-sale displays.
- Rotate inventory by date and monitor stock levels to support sales targets.
- Execute promotional programs in collaboration with sales reps and store staff.
- Collect store feedback and help resolve basic service issues.
- Maintain a professional, brand-forward presence in customer locations.
- Experience in retail merchandising and in-store execution.
- Strong attention to detail for pricing, merchandising, and brand standards.
- Ability to lift cases and perform physical merchandising tasks.
- Effective communication and teamwork with store staff and sales teams.
- Willingness to travel frequently between retail accounts.
