Office Administrator/ Coordinator
Overview
42.5 hours per week – Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00 (30-minute lunch break plus 15-minute morning and afternoon breaks).
About the RolePulse Hire Ltd is looking for a focused, driven individual to join our Hiredesk team. This is a customer-facing role that works closely with multiple departments to ensure a smooth and professional service from start to finish. While previous hire industry experience is not essential, a strong willingness to learn our product range and industry standards is key. You will be confident communicating with customers and suppliers via phone and email and comfortable working in a fast-paced team environment.
Key Responsibilities- Handling customer and supplier communications via phone and email
- Working closely with the Sales team to ensure orders are processed accurately
- Communicating order updates, issues, or developments to the wider team
- Placing orders with suppliers and purchasing equipment for the business
- Completing administrative tasks including raising, chasing, and closing breakdowns and off-hires
- Raising and processing damage reports
- A strong team player with a positive, enthusiastic work ethic
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Commercially aware, profit-driven, and confident in negotiation
- Ability to multitask across multiple systems and software platforms
- GCSEs in English and Maths (or equivalent)
