Approach Personnel are proud to be partnered with a growing Interior Fit Out/Commercial refurbishments business, who are currently on the lookout for a Commercial Manager to join them on a permanent basis out of their West Yorkshire region. As a Commercial Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the commercial success of our projects, this will include aspects of estimating, quantity surveying and project management.

What are we looking for?

* Prior experience working as a Quantity Surveyor/Estimator in an Interior Fit Outs/Commercial Refurbishments business.

* Excellent commercial knowledge.

* Strong communication skills.

* Full UK's driving license

Key Responsibilities:

* Work out early cost estimates based on the client’s ideas.

* Suggest cheaper or smarter ways to get the same result.

* Measure materials, finishes, and fittings from the drawings.

* Put together Bills of Quantities and cost breakdowns.

* Get everything ready so contractors can price the job properly

* Review quotes from contractors and suppliers.
