A leading service provider is looking for a Helpdesk Operator to manage service requests for the West Yorkshire Police. The role requires excellent customer service skills, a confident telephone manner, and the ability to assess and prioritize tasks. Shifts are 12 hours, with a rotating schedule including nights and bank holidays. Candidates must complete a Police Security check prior to starting.
Experience in customer service or a helpdesk role is preferred.
