You’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality financial, statutory and management reporting that supports the Financial Controller and drives key decisions across the Board. Your

Key Responsibilities
Produce full monthly management accounts, insightful reporting and supporting analysis
Own the balance sheet including fixed asset register and monthly reconciliations
Partner with Senior Management and wider finance teams, providing analysis and reporting versus forecast
Present clear, concise financial data to stakeholders at all levels
Assist in preparing and submitting statutory accounts and group reporting
Act as a key contact for external auditors, ensuring a smooth year-end and audit process
Support corporate tax submissions and other statutory returns
Contribute to annual planning and reforecasting activities
Drive improvements and automation across processes
Lead, coach and develop the finance team to enhance capability

What You’ll Bring
Fully qualified ACA / CIMA / ACCA
Strong experience producing management accounts and supporting analysis
Excellent analytical skills with high attention to detail
Confident working in a fast-paced, changing environment
Hands-on, proactive approach with the ability to challenge and influence
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Gravitas, resilience and a continuous improvement mindset
