Overview
A long-standing advisory business in Wakefield requires a Financial Planning Administrator to join their busy offices. With Financial Advisers based across the UK, the central support team in Wakefield works closely together, with Paraplanning, Administration and Compliance ensuring smooth processes for clients.
Responsibilities- Being the first point of contact for clients, Financial Advisers and product providers.
- Co‑ordinate client review meetings including preparation of the client’s valuation and review meeting packs.
- Ensure that client files are fully FCA compliant.
- Maintain the CRM system (Intelligent Office).
- Ensure that any transactions are monitored and completed accurately and in a timely fashion in line with compliance guidelines and company procedures.
Ideally, the successful candidate will have recent and relevant experience within a Financial Advisory environment.
