This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious finance professional to join a thriving business where you’ll play a key role in driving financial performance and supporting strategic decision‑making. This is a fully office based role based in Wakefield.

• Take responsibility to prepare monthly management accounts, including variance analysis, MI and insightful commentary
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
• Produce meaningful analysis to guide business decisions and performance
• Maintain strong financial controls and ensure compliance with company policies
• Partner with stakeholders across the business to deliver financial insight and support
• Contribute to process improvements and system enhancements

• Ideally AAT / ACCA Studier with experience with end to end management accounts
• Strong analytical mindset and excellent attention to detail
• Able to manage multiple priorities and work to tight deadlines
• Confident communicator – comfortable engaging with finance and non-finance teams
• Advanced Excel skills
