We are seeking proactive graduates to join as Graduate Resource rs, working closely with the Managing Director in a focused, small‑office environment. This role offers hands‑on experience across recruitment processes, supporting business growth in a high‑impact setting.

• Source and engage candidates for current recruitment briefs
• Manage job mandates efficiently and accurately
• Support client‑focused consultants and business development efforts
• Foster a collaborative, results‑driven office culture
• Initial focus on candidate sourcing and delivery within a 180 role
• Opportunities to progress to a 360 Recruitment Consultant or Business Development role
• Potential for long‑term growth, including leadership and equity options

• Monday to Thursday:
  Full workdays in a focused, performance‑oriented environment
• Friday:
  Day off or half day depending on targets (3 day weekend!)
• Dress Code:
  Smart casual
• Uncapped commission (10%–60%) from the start
