We are seeking an experienced and motivated Clinical Information Systems Transformation Officer to join our progressive IT department. Working within the Clinical Information Systems (CIS) Team, you will play a key role in supporting and managing the Trust’s core clinical systems, including Systm One. You will work closely with other IT teams, specialty staff, and front‑line users to deliver system changes, enhancements, and ongoing support.
At the time of advertising, this role does not meet the minimum requirements set by UK Visas and Immigration to sponsor candidates to work in the UK. For this reason, we are unable to sponsor anyone for a skilled worker visa for this role.

Main duties of the jobLead and implement clinical system changes and enhancements, particularly within Systm One.
Provide expert support and guidance to system users across the Trust.
Work collaboratively with IT colleagues and clinical staff to ensure systems meet operational needs.
Maintain high standards of customer service and technical support.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of clinical information systems.
Deliver detailed training sessions on the use of clinical systems through a blended learning approach, developing e‑learning packages, training videos and training scripts.
- Proven experience with NHS clinical systems, particularly Systm One.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results under pressure.
- Proficiency in IT systems and applications.
- Experience in developing e‑learning packages and training scripts to support blended learning approaches.
