• Acting as technical lead across multiple projects and clients

• Proven experience in a Tech Lead or Senior Developer role
• Strong full-stack development background
• Comfortable working across modern frontend and backend technologies
• (React, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, PHP, Node.js)
• Experience mentoring or guiding developers in a commercial environment
• Confidence overseeing hosting environments and dedicated servers
• Solid understanding of Git, pipelines and standard development life cycles
• Strong communication skills, able to explain technical decisions clearly

• Experience with additional CMS platforms
• Performance optimisation or SEO knowledge
• Exposure to advanced frameworks or cloud-based environments
• You don’t need to be an expert in everything; strong technical judgement, leadership and delivery mindset matter most.
