Automotive Service Manager

aka Recruitment are exclusively working with a superb client of ours to bring you this hands on Service Manager position in Wakefield. This is working within a Main Dealership environment managing a busy and thriving workshop. Salary basic is generally starting at £35k with a strong OTE on top. Working hours cover Monday to Friday 8am – 5:30pm with Saturday work also involved.

• Successfully manage a Service team including;
  Technicians, Advisors, Service Reception, Drivers and Valeters
• Provide excellent leadership skills and help develop all team members
• Implement and deal with budgets and figures
• Use forward thinking processes to motivate and drive the team forward

• Experience with in a Workshop role is essential
• A proven track record of building and managing teams
• Excellent Customer Service skills is a must
