The role of the Office Manager involves :
- Perform the daily management of the branch.
- Motivating and coaching a team
- Property management,
- Lettings and Sales experience
- Conducting routine visits and creating reports for the landlord.
- Preparing properties for letting.
- Processing all invoices and checking fees and finance.
- Being aware of Health & Safety.
- Ensuring an excellent standard of customer service is provided and upheld.
The Office Manager position will suit a person with Skills :

- Well organised and ability to Prioritise
- Have a high attention to detail
- Excellent IT skills
- Able to work in a team
- Ownership of tasks
- Quick and effective learning due to the nature of the role
Hours of work are 9am-5.30pm Monday to Friday
The salary is between £18k-£25 dependent on experience.
Be MARLA&NAEA qualified (although this is not essential)
