* Liaise with engineers, inspectors, senior stakeholders, and clients
* Ensure correct use, storage, and maintenance of tools and equipment
* Support inspections and ensure follow-up actions are completed
This would be an ideal role for someone who has a background in Royal Engineers, REME or Royal Navy or RAF Engineering or Construction roles. Ideally you will probably be an NCO/Officer with site, project, or troop leadership experience
Essential Skills & Experience
* Proven leadership and team management capability
* Experience working in structured, safety-critical environments
* Ability to read and understand technical drawings and plans
* Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and communication skills
* Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

* Enhanced DBS clearance
Desirable (Not Essential)
* Solar PV installation experience
