Salary: £12.75 p / h + additional on-call payments + yearly bonus

Bluebird Care Wakefield & Kirklees is looking for a Field Care Supervisor to join our fantastic team on a part-time basis. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is caring, compassionate, and organised , with strong communication skills.

As a Field Care Supervisor, you will help ensure the highest quality of care is delivered by supporting and supervising our dedicated team of care assistants.

• Carry out spot checks and medication audits to maintain quality standards
• Supervise care assistants and ensure policy compliance through monthly reviews
• Support and mentor team members to help them thrive
• Perform customer reviews to ensure satisfaction with care services
• Deliver hands‑on care when needed due to sickness or absence
• Participate in on-call support (1 in 3 weekends)

• Minimum 1 year of care experience (required)
• Willingness to work towards NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care
• Excellent communication, organisation, and leadership skills
• Friendly, supportive, and compassionate nature
• Flexibility to support on-call duties
