Are you an experienced Maintenance Electrician looking to join a fast-paced, high-performing FMCG manufacturing environment? Our client, a well-established and growing business in Castleford, is looking for a Multi-skilled Maintenance Electrician to join their team on a 4 on 4 off continental shift pattern.

The Role:

As part of a skilled maintenance team, you’ll play a key role in ensuring machinery and equipment are maintained to the highest standards, minimising downtime and supporting continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities include:

* Reactive and planned electrical maintenance on a wide range of production equipment

* Diagnosing faults and carrying out repairs efficiently

* Supporting mechanical breakdowns where required

* Working closely with production and engineering teams to deliver improvements

* Ensuring compliance with health & safety and site standards

What We're Looking For:

* Time-served Electrician with NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Electrical Engineering

* 17th/18th Edition Wiring Regulations

* Strong fault-finding and problem-solving ability

* Experience working in an FMCG or manufacturing environment

* Good knowledge of both electrical and mechanical systems (truly multi-skilled)

⏰ Shift Pattern:

* 4 on 4 off (days and nights, continental pattern)
