As a result of our continued success, we are recruiting for Production Operatives with a background in Manufacturing or Production to join our team at Pollington.

You will be part of our manufacturing team, helping to make our well‑known concrete drainage products, including large pipes and manholes. Working together with your team, you'll learn how to use a variety of hand tools, machinery, and lifting equipment. Safety, quality, and efficiency will be at the heart of everything you do to keep both you and the business successful.

Mission‑critical skills- Previous experience or understanding of working within a Manufacturing Production Plant
- Team player with attention to detail
- Knowledge of OEE (overall Equipment Effectiveness) is advantageous
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing tools is advantageous
- English communication and writing skills
- 34 days per annum or the equivalent in hours (inclusive of bank holidays and pro‑ratad as per shift pattern)
