Vet Surgeon

We are seeking a dedicated Veterinary Surgeon to join our purpose-built standalone surgery near Wakefield in the picturesque West Yorkshire. Our modern surgery is equipped with cutting-edge technology to provide the highest level of care:

• Corneal diamond burr for advanced eye care
• High-spec ultrasound for precise diagnostics
• Comprehensive surgical equipment for both orthopaedic and complex soft tissue surgeries
• Advanced endosurgery equipment for laparoscopic procedures

This role offers flexible working hours, whether full-time or part-time, with no out-of-hours or late-night shifts. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with sole charge and handling all routine medical and surgical cases that general practice presents. Some Saturday morning work is expected on a fair rota basis, shared with the rest of the team, though we are open to discussions about scheduling.
