: £27,100 per year (OTE £34,120)

Hours
: 42.5 hours per week on a rotational shift pattern of 5 days on 2 days off. Weekend work involved.

• Buy cars and ensure the efficient running of your branch; main point of contact for customers.
• Contact customers and prioritise your diary to achieve appointments and meet targets.
• Do appraisals, negotiate prices, close deals, and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Liaise with the back office and work colleagues.

• Current full UK manual driving licence.
• Experience in a target‑driven environment.
• Customer‑focused with excellent communication skills and telephone manner.
• Ability to work well under pressure and independently.
• Ability to organise and prioritise workload.
• Show ability to build lasting relationships with clients/customers.
• Excellent administration and IT skills.
