Position: Assistant Sales Manager (Permanent)
Are you an experienced Sales Negotiator ready to take the next step in your estate agency career?

We’re looking for a confident and driven Assistant Sales Manager to join our successful Castleford branch.

About the Role

As a key member of our sales team, you’ll play a leading role in driving property sales from instruction to completion. You’ll build lasting relationships with clients, negotiate offers, and deliver exceptional customer service at every stage of the sales process.

Your main responsibilities will include:

* Managing a pipeline of buyers and sellers

* Arranging viewings and following up promptly

* Negotiating offers and progressing some sales to completion

* Supporting and mentoring 3 other team members, valuer, sales progressor and sales negotiator

* Delivering exceptional service and achieving personal and branch sales targets

About You

We’re looking for someone who:

* Has proven experience in residential sales and negotiation

* Thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

* Possesses excellent communication and customer service skills

* Is proactive, well-organised, and commercially minded

Holds a full UK driving licence and has access to their own vehicle
