Overview
HGV Class 2 HIAB Driver - Wakefield
Start Time: 07:00 |
Hours:
Typically 10 hours/day
Pay Rate: £17.37 - £26.06 per hour
This is a hands-on role suited for someone with good communication skills and a strong safety mindset.
Responsibilities- Conducting daily vehicle and equipment checks
- Loading/unloading materials using a HIAB (Brick Grab)
- Ensuring loads are secure and paperwork is completed accurately
- Providing a friendly and professional service to customers
- Clearing with driving laws and safety regulations at all times
- Full UK Class 2 (Category
C) Licence - HIAB Certificate - Brick Grab experience preferred
- Minimum 2 years Class 2 driving experience
- No more than 6 points on licence - no DD, DR, IN convictions
- Good understanding of driver hours and WTD regulations
