• Build and assemble systems according to provided instructions and specifications, ensuring accuracy and quality.
• Maintain high-quality standards throughout the build process.
• Perform precise panel wiring of small components, following detailed electrical schematics.
• Execute tasks in line with the Production Master Production Schedule (MPS).
• Actively participate in and initiate continuous improvement activities to enhance processes and outcomes.
• Conduct task risk assessments to maintain a safe working environment.

• Proven ability to meet deadlines and work effectively within a production schedule.
• Strong team player with a proactive and flexible attitude.
• Good working knowledge of panel wiring and the ability to interpret electrical drawings.
• HNC qualification or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• Experience working in a continuous improvement environment and familiarity with electrical assembly processes, including stripping, crimping, and terminating cables.
