The Role
As a Sales Administrator, you will support the business across sales, administration, and operations. This is a varied role that requires a proactive approach and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
* Handling inbound and outbound calls with customers and suppliers
* Providing administrative support to the sales team
* Working closely with the wider admin team to ensure smooth order processing
* Liaising with the warehouse team to track orders, stock, and deliveries
* Supporting sales activity through accurate documentation, quotations, and customer updates
* Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
What We’re Looking For:
* Previous experience in a sales admin, customer service, or office-based role
* Confident communication skills (phone and email)
* Strong attention to detail and organisational ability
* A team player with a positive, flexible approach
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment as the business grows
* Experience with in manufacturing, metals, engineering, or similar sectors is beneficial but not essential
