The Junior Quality Administrator provides administrative and compliance support to ensure quality systems operate effectively and in line with GDP, WDA, and internal procedures.

The role supports documentation control, customer and supplier qualification activities, transport administration, and routine quality checks. All work is carried out under supervision, with clear escalation of quality-critical matters to QA, the Responsible Person (RP), or Operations Management.

Duties and Responsibilities:

* Manage and monitor the Quality inbox, ensuring queries and documents are actioned or escalated promptly.

* Maintain accurate quality records including goods-in checks, temperature logs, cleaning records, training records, and end-of-month documentation.

* Send UNL forms to customers and follow up for completion.

* Send account opening forms to customers and suppliers and track responses.

* Gather information required for customer and supplier qualification activities.

* Support deviation and error reporting by completing records and providing supporting evidence.

* Assist with quarantine documentation and tracking under QA instruction.

* Complete and review daily temperature monitoring and escalate excursions immediately.

* Gather and prepare all documentation required for end-of-month quality checks.

* Support internal audits and external inspections by preparing records and maintaining inspection readiness.

* Carry out scanning, printing, and filing of quality documentation in line with document control procedures.

Other duties include:

* Support goods-in administration, including checking delivery paperwork and logging deliveries.

* Request consignment reports for end-of-day collections.

* Arrange shipments for Northern Ireland customers in line with approved processes.

* Provide administrative support for transport-related activities, escalating issues where required.

* Assist with stock checks and general warehouse admin tasks as needed.

* Undertake any training required for the job role
