Weekend Receptionist

Role Overview

We are seeking a friendly and reliable Weekend Receptionist to provide temporary cover as needed. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment.

• Greet customers and visitors in a warm, professional manner.
• Answer incoming calls promptly and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
• Take accurate messages and ensure timely delivery.
• Prepare refreshments (tea/coffee) for visitors when required.
• Maintain a tidy and organised reception area.
• Provide general administrative support as needed.

• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional, approachable, and well-presented.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
• Reliable and punctual.

This is a temporary cover role, working weekends only. Flexibility to cover additional shifts when required is desirable.
