£27,000 salary.

My client, a Pharmaceutical Wholesaler in Walsall, are hiring for a Quality Administrator to join their Organisation on a permanent basis.

• Provide administration support to the team
• Use in-house systems to check in Pharmaceutical products
• Handle documentation, records, and inbox management
• Upload all relevant documents from deliveries received on the company server.
• Review batch records and ensure all entries are inserted accurately.
• Ensure all relevant documentation is present with the working BPR and confirmed as complete.
• Ensure if errors occurred that they have been reported.
• Ensure all checks are recorded accurately during identification check

• Previous work history in a similar fast paced environment
• Knowledge and experience of Administration
• Ideally have experience in a quality role
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and multitask in a similar environment
• Demonstrate a willingness to adapt to the changing working practices of a busy pharmaceutical environment
• Good administrative, IT and keyboard skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow SOPs and procedures
• Reliable, organised, and professional, with a willingness to learn and develop further in a quality-focused role

• A permanent contract
• A salary starting at £27,000 rising after probation
