We are recruiting for an experienced Build Contracts Manager to join a well-established construction contractor based in Walsall, operating across the leisure, healthcare, and retail sectors. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional to take ownership of multiple projects and deliver high-quality results for major clients.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage and oversee construction projects from pre-construction to completion

* Lead site teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery

* Review specifications, drawings, and contracts to ensure compliance

* Plan and manage project programmes, budgets, and resources

* Ensure all works are completed safely, to specification, and within deadlines

* Conduct progress meetings, quality checks, and site inspections

* Build and maintain strong client relationships

* Assist with procurement, cost control, and risk management

Qualifications & Experience

* Proven experience as a Contracts Manager or Senior Project Manager within the construction sector

* Background in leisure, healthcare, or retail projects (preferred)

* SMSTS, CSCS Manager Card, and First Aid (essential)

* Strong understanding of construction processes, compliance, and health & safety standards

* Excellent communication, leadership, and contract administration skills

* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

* Full UK Driving Licence
