The role covers sites across the North West, working within a collaborative regional support team.

You will play a key role in maintaining and supporting BMS installations, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction.

• Preventative maintenance and diagnostics of BMS systems
• Fault finding, small repairs, and remedial works
• Responding to reactive service and breakdown calls
• Routine system inspections and performance checks
• Accurate documentation of service activities and client interactions
• Participation in an on‑call rota

• Proven experience within the building controls/BMS industry
• Strong knowledge of Trend and/or IQ Vision
• Experience with Siemens, Tridium, Schneider Eco Struxure or similar – training will be provided
• Good understanding of mechanical plant
• Excellent diagnostic and communication skills
• Full UK driving licence
