Established over 30 years ago, this company specialises in the design, installation & maintenance of AC, ventilation and mechanical systems across the UK. Due to internal progressions, they are currently seeking an Operations Manager to oversee interesting HVAC technical projects, whilst getting involved in company decisions.

For this role, you'll be attending to all aspects of HVAC & Mechanical projects ensuring they meet client goals and are delivered within time and budget. This will involve attending client site meetings, surveying, managing all project resources and materials. As well as that, you'll also be taking a proactive role in the business to improve the company and be responsible for the allocation of projects and monitoring their work.

• Overseeing HVAC Projects delivered on time and within budget
• Operational tasks – getting involved in company decisions
• Office based in Walsall, with travel expected to customer locations to attend site surveys etc.

• Strong Air Conditioning background
• Experience in Projects or Operations
• Driver licence
