Credit Controller

Extra Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Credit Controller for one of our clients based in Walsall. As a Credit Controller, you’ll be responsible for Debt management and collection of customer accounts.

Credit Controller Responsibilities:

Proactively manage debtor balances to ensure a reduction in aged debt

Contacting debtors daily when payment is overdue

Interact with teams to ensure the timely resolution of queries

Preparing breakdowns and statements of account

Escalate further issues to Team Leader or the Credit Manager

Credit Controller Details:

Salary: £25,000 - £26,000 PA

Walsall

Hours:

09:00am-5:00pm

Credit Controller Requirements:

Prior experience recording receipts and payments

Working knowledge of processing payments out

PC Literate- experience with Microsoft office is essential

Good written and verbal communication skills
