• Responsible for all financial transactions on behalf of the firm, including credit control duties.
• Play an integral role in collecting the firm’s outstanding debt, contacting clients via phone, email, or other communication channels.
• Assist with client queries or disputes, escalating any issues to the appropriate channels.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel; able to meet tight deadlines and demonstrate excellent communication skills.
• Work within a well‑established national law firm that is expanding and highly regarded for quality of service and talent development.

• Experience as a Credit Controller or similar role in a professional services environment.
• Strong knowledge of credit control best practice and debt collection procedures.
• Excellent organisational and analytical skills with the ability to prioritise workload.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
