This is a residential home supporting children with learning disabilities, focusing on independence, education, and a fun, fulfilling life.

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Team Leader to support the Service Manager in leading day-to-day shift operations.

You will:

• ✨ Provide practical assistance and emotional support to your team
• ✨ Lead by example and share best practice
• ✨ Ensure children achieve their goals and aspirations
• ✨ Work across a variety of shifts on a rota basis

• ❌ You do not hold a Full UK Driving Licence and do not have a car
• ❌ You only hold a Level 3 in Health & Social Care (not deemed equivalent)
• ❌ Candidates with only Health Care, NHS, CQC, or Nursery Practitioner qualifications
• ❌ You require sponsorship – no sponsorship available

Individuals with only CQC experience and who have not worked in an Ofsted Registered Children's Home will not be considered.
